So I'm curious. Do you guys have any tips or tricks that help you pose your dogz? I keep seeing people who just get their dogz to pose amazingly with such frequency that I just....shake my head and sob a little inside. I have no trouble with catz at all. Just dogz! They'll throw a pose but refuse to put their heads in the right place?! I have zero patience with most of my dogs because they just don't pose nicely. And I've tried lowering the game speed, but that doesn't help when they don't pose.
I'd love to hear what you guys do to get those petz posin'! Hahaha

Honestly, for me, it all depends on the breed for each person. For me, I have the worst time trying to get like OB Dalis to pose, even if they're the ow BC file..it just doesn't work for me.
Once I tried Cheetah's breeds, those all worked pretty well for me. So maybe try out some files and see what works best for you.

What I do is start them at puppy age (cause I natural rear), and praise them when they do the pose behaviour, regardless if they're on alignment or not. I try to continue with that all thru growing up, and then when they're adults they will pose pretty quickly. You can also train adults too, but sometimes it takes longer. As to posing, it's patience patience patience. I also slowed my game down XD What I do is put up a good background that contrasts my dog so I can see their legs well, and keep clicking (I actually wore out a keyboard in my heyday!) and praise them every time they pose up even if they didn't pose /well/. I try to avoid overposing and skinny posing praise though. I also go thru burst sessions so to speak, and I'll save anything and everything that looks like a pose. I don't rename them, just the default petz10529 or whatever number it is xD Then I go thru when we're done and pick and choose the pictures Certain breedz pose better than others though, so it depends on the personality of the dog really. It also depends on the individual dog, cause some will pose readily and others will not pose for anything >.<

Thanks, guys! I'm trying some of these out. My CS Ibizans and Nova's white shepherd files are like navigating a maze when it comes to posing, but I'm trying! I'll get it. hahaha

 I don't think this is a pose!! Can someone confirm? These Ibizans are pretty challenging to work with ;3;

Yup, spooked. The eyelids should be slightly sloped as this breed is a dali base. Also. The file will round out and be a bit more smooth when in pose. If you're a member of pkc, search in the open shows for beezers. You can look at the entries and get an idea for what a dog looks like in pose. Also since this looks like the cs file, boost the weight to 65-75. It helps

I'm not great at posing dogz either(my good poses are 99% luck). It took me longer to figure out show/realistic breeds than petzy breeds. I ended up asking someone on PKC who had the breed and posed them a lot about tricks for the breed. I tend to drop the energy of my dogz down to 40-50 or even lower for some dogz when I'm trying to pose them too, I read it as a tip somewhere but can't remember.

Yeah, I'll do that too and I slow the game down some so I can get multiple poses or have a better chance to pose them ^^
Training is key though. It takes forever, but if you run P4 I can train your dogz for you. I don't have P5 so XD;
